- Verification: `python -m pytest tests/integration/test_repository_safety.py tests/integration/test_repositories.py -q` → 4 passed; `make check` → 39 unit/contract, 16 integration, 3 security tests, Ruff, mypy, and frontend typecheck/build passed.
