chore: track all project map and index files

Add generated .pi-map.md and .pi-map.index.md files across the repository
so the project navigation maps are shared and versioned. These artifacts
are maintained by project_map_init/patch/validate and must be kept in
sync with source edits.

Note: .cache/ remains ignored (added in previous commit).

## role
Defines a feature specification for SSH-based Git repository cloning with structured owner/repo shorthand input and preflight validation.
## files
- .openspec.yaml | Defines an OpenSpec configuration file with schema type and creation date metadata
- design.md | Design document specifying a feature to clone repositories from a hardcoded Git provider using structured owner/repo inputs with preflight existence validation via SSH. | dep: git, existing repository creation endpoint (POST /projects/{project_id}/repositories), shared repository creation dialog
- proposal.md | Proposes a UI/UX enhancement to simplify Git repository creation by allowing owner/repo shorthand input instead of full URLs, with SSH-only clone validation via preflight checks. | dep: git, SSH, frontend dialog components, backend API endpoints, git ls-remote
- tasks.md | Project task tracking document for implementing SSH repository existence checks and structured clone form improvements | dep: git_repositories.py, RepositoryCreateDialog, git.commumedia.org
## arch
