- Add mobile viewport detection to RepoWorkspace
- Implement bottom tab navigation (Files, Editor, Git, Terminal)
- Add repository and branch selectors for mobile
- Create mobile workspace layout with tab bar
- Add CSS styles for mobile workspace components
- Desktop layout remains unchanged
