Developer 8cdeadd6dd feat(services): backend service registry foundation (encryption, definitions, CRUD) 
PR 1 of 4 for the runtime service registry change.

- Add Fernet encryption helper (services/secrets.py) with a required
  MANAGE_ENCRYPTION_KEY; validate it on startup.
- Add closed integrations/ registry with Pydantic config + widget-config
  definitions for grafana, prometheus, jellyfin, nextcloud, and ssh_tasks.
- Add services + service_task_runs tables and SettingsStore CRUD with
  cascade-delete (defensive until widgets carry service_id).
- Add /api/services/types and /api/services/instances CRUD (encrypted secrets,
  secrets_set flags only; never plaintext).
- Declare cryptography as a direct dependency.
- Require MANAGE_ENCRYPTION_KEY in compose + .env.example + README.
- Add 25 backend tests (registry, encryption, CRUD, cascade, task-run history).

Verification: ruff clean; pytest 225 passed; frontend lint/build green.

Developer 75636c00d4 docs(deploy): update README and .env.example for Docker deployment 
- Refresh README feature list and remove references to the legacy
  in-app monitoring charts / backend poller.
- Document configurable dashboard widgets, addon pages, and widget env vars.
- Add VITE_PROMETHEUS_URL support to frontend Dockerfile and both compose files.
- Add header comment to .env.example explaining shell-export workflow.
- Update remote server requirements to match current capabilities.

alex 51b10438a9 Restructure into backend/ and frontend/ subprojects 
- backend/ uses proper Python src layout (src/media_library_viewer_api/)
  with pyproject.toml, hatchling build, and PYTHONPATH=src convention
- frontend/ is a Vite + React + TypeScript SPA
- archive/ preserves the original Streamlit prototype for reference
- Cleaned up root to only contain docs, license, and subproject dirs
- Updated README for the new dual-subproject architecture

alex 3c432473e5 Add FastAPI backend and React frontend subprojects 
Backend:
- FastAPI app with 17 REST endpoints covering dashboard, monitoring,
  media index, file browser, and jobs
- Reuses existing clients/domain/services unchanged
- pydantic-settings config, dependency injection, CORS setup
- Auto-generated OpenAPI docs at /docs

Frontend:
- Vite + React + TypeScript SPA
- @tanstack/react-query for data fetching with polling
- ag-grid-react for media table and file browser
- recharts for monitoring charts
- Tailwind CSS styling
- 4 pages: Dashboard, Monitoring, Media, File Browser
- Typed API client matching all backend endpoints

Also:
- docs/MIGRATION_PLAN.md with full architecture plan
- Updated .gitignore for both subprojects
- Streamlit app preserved for now (can coexist)
