Capture desktop-specific system, session, Noctalia, and Pi integration alongside shared laptop support. Retire obsolete X11 configuration and make package ownership explicit for repeatable Decman deployments.

Desktop Package Audit
Generated from pacman -Qen (official repository, explicitly installed) and pacman -Qem (AUR/foreign, explicitly installed). Package versions are included so this is an exact inventory.
Decision key
- KEEP: already declared by a shared desktop concern.
- REVIEW: currently installed but not proven necessary by a configuration. The newly created
desktop/locallists are provisional protection against an over-broad first Decman run; remove a package from those lists only after deciding to retire it. - RETIRE: selected from the approved legacy non-Wayland cleanup or the NetworkManager-only decision. These will be omitted from the desktop profile.

Keep nomacs-git (the current PNG default), zsa-keymapp-bin (matches the managed ZSA rules), and the declared TeX Live stack. The desktop package lists now reflect these decisions; a Decman dry run must confirm the exact removal closure before applying it.
