feat: render ASCII progress bar in Pi extension updates

Browse Source 
- Add renderProgressBar() helper in pi-extension.ts
- Pi init/reinit now show [████░░░░░░] 3/20 → filename.ts
- Replaces plain text percentage with visual bar
- All 52 tests passing
